Means any modification to the structural component of a building that results in a change of use, or any increase or decrease in the volume or floor area of a building or structure. Means a use, customarily and normally subordinate to, incidental to and exclusively devoted to the principal use and located on the same lot.
Means a detached building or structure, the use of which is naturally and normally incidental to, subordinate to, or exclusively devoted to, the principal use or main building on the same lot. Means premises designed for the penning and slaughtering of live animals and the preliminary processing of animal carcasses and may include the packing, treating and storing of the product on the premises.
